Dem Titel entsprechend beginnt die Platte mit der Verlesung der Regeln des Fight Club durch Brad Pitt. Danach legen Poostew mit ordentlichem, klassischem Death Metal-mäßigem Grindpunk los. Keine Schnörkel und immer auf die Zwölf. Kann sich durchaus hören lassen, trotz der nicht ganz optimalen Soundqualität. Abzüge gibt es dann für das aus Bowling for Columbine gesamplete "Maybe You" als Outro, da dies eben schlicht übernommen und nicht mehr weiterbearbeitet wurde, und für ein Outro auf einer 7" schlicht zu lange ist. Für die wahren und echten Krachfetischisten gibt´s dann auf der Rückseite echten Lärm von Licht-ung. Bis zum nahezu unkenntlichen Röcheln verstümmelte Sprach- und Gesangsamples mit allerlei kratzigem Gequietsche. Der passende Soundtrack um unliebsamen Besuch aus der Wohnung zu vertreiben oder um als DJ Radiosendungen zu bestreiten. Kommt gut!
